The Qatar National Vision 2030 Intelligence Platform (“the Platform”), operated by The Vanderbilt Portfolio AG (“the Operator”), is committed to respecting user privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you retain.
Information We Collect
The Platform collects limited, non-identifying information through standard web analytics. This includes anonymized usage data such as pages visited, time spent on pages, referring sources, browser type, device category, and approximate geographic region. This data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify individual users.
If you subscribe to our newsletter or Layer 2 intelligence services, we collect the email address you provide and, for paid subscriptions, the billing information necessary to process your payment. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors; the Operator does not store credit card numbers or banking details on its servers.
How We Use Collected Information
Analytics data is used exclusively to understand Platform usage patterns, improve content organization, identify technical issues, and inform editorial priorities. We analyze which sections of the Platform receive the most engagement to ensure our coverage aligns with user needs.
Subscriber email addresses are used to deliver the intelligence briefings and service communications you have requested. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications. Billing information is used solely for the purpose of processing subscription payments and managing your account.
Cookies
The Platform uses cookies to support analytics functionality and to maintain session state for logged-in subscribers. We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioral targeting, or cross-site tracking. Our cookie practices are detailed in our Cookie Policy.
Third-Party Services
The Platform uses third-party analytics services to process aggregate usage data. These services operate under their own privacy policies and process data on our behalf. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties for their independent use.
Payment processing for subscriptions is handled by established third-party payment providers that maintain their own data protection standards and compliance certifications.
Data Retention
Analytics data is retained in aggregate form for a period of 26 months, after which it is purged. Subscriber information is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter to support account reactivation and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your subscriber data at any time.
We Do Not Sell Personal Data
The Operator does not sell, trade, or rent personal information to any third party under any circumstances. This commitment is unqualified.
Your Rights
